Apple products are considered to be quite the darling devices that may have a hefty price tag on them but are totally worth it if you can afford it. You don't hear any buyers of Apple products complaining about their product or that they didn't get their money's worth from it. So they must really be doing some things right over there at Silicon Valley as far as we're concerned.

So, you've heard about the famed iPods and iPhones; what about their computers? Like their laptops specifically, the MacBook and the MacBook Pro? Why should you own one if you plan on buying a laptop?

With Intel processors and graphics cards that could almost rival really good desktops, you can surely run all the latest software and games that demand power and high graphics capabilities in any platform these are installed in. And also, you'll find that these are also generously outfitted with hard disks that have large storage spaces for you to fit all your data in.

2. It doesn't get affected by any PC viruses.

There's nothing like a computer virus that could ruin anyone's day or laptop more specifically. One thing that has bothered PC owners over the years are the constant viruses, trojans and worms that have waged a constant siege against your laptop and all the firewalls you may have in place against them. Even if you have the best anti-virus software available in the market, you'll still find that your computer could still be susceptible to all these malicious software and programs if you don't regularly update it.

However, if you ask anybody who has owned a Mac, you'll probably end up jealous over them because they don't get affected by such viruses, trojans and worms. So you don't need to worry about plugging in someone else's USB flash drives into your laptop. In fact, you could even delete all those viruses for them. Try it out, because you really can do that.

3. It runs on one really AWESOME operating system.

It runs on one of the most stable operating systems there is out there, Mac OS X Leopard. It's reliable, it barely crashes, and it's unbelievably fast. You also don't need to worry about your files getting misplaced anymore because you can easily track them. And if you are insistent on having to run on windows, don't worry about it. You can have both Windows and Macintosh operating systems running on your laptop.
